These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by CORE Services. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from CORE Services. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Licensing

All products sold by CORE Services including the FXAP Unlocker, FXAP Dumper, and Trigger Finder are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it solely on the hardware to which it is bound via HWID lock.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share access to any product or license key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any product.
• Use any product for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share your license key or account credentials with any third party.

3. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout. CORE Services is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider issues.

4. HWID Locking

Products are secured to your hardware identifier (HWID). Each license is tied to one machine. If you need a HWID reset, contact support via Discord or email. Resets are granted at our sole discretion and may be limited in frequency.

5. Updates and Availability

CORE Services makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Products may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We strive to keep all tools current, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future game or platform update.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CORE Services products to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Violate the terms of service of any game, platform, or service.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CORE Services and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Account Termination

CORE Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any product or account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, CORE Services, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible.
